So a few weeks back I had a sketch of wonder woman that I was satisfied with but with the final goal of putting watercolor on it. As I am still learning this medium I was afraid to ruin a good sketch. But as someone who is looking to grow as an artist and learn from my mistakes, I had no choice but to go ahead and this was the final result.
As you can see, the final result shows me exactly how much more I need to learn about using this medium. I also noticed that I diverged a little from the light source between sketch and final. I will go in and try to move the pigment around a little and then move on to another.
The benefit of learning anything today is youtube. I am going to invest some time in the university of youtube. And will continue to practice getting better at watercolor. I have had the great benefit of learning a whole lot from this wonderful resource and used wisely this is easily still the best thing about the world today and serves as another encouraging motivator to continue uploading more videos of my learning progress.
